Recipe: Raw Hummus

1 cup chickpea sprouts (sprouted overnight)

Juice of 1 lemon (I prefer lime)

1 clove garlic

2 T. raw tahini

Sea salt to taste

Optional seasonings: ground cumin, chives, paprika, cayenne pepper

Blend all of the ingredients. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Very delicious spread on leafy greens, celery or carrot sticks. Enjoy!
